My name’s Beth. I’m a Johannesburg-based photographer and photographing children is my passion.

Kids are great at just being themselves. They are full of spontaneity and fun. I love that about them, and I love photography because it’s a visual and creative way of capturing a moment in time, of preserving memories.

I would describe my photos and shoots as being relaxed, informal and fun. I try to capture life as it is. For these reasons I prefer to use natural light. (Please visit my photography gallery pages to get a better idea of my style of photography.)

Besides photographing children of all ages (babies, toddlers, teens), I also do kids’ party photography, family portraits, pregnancy/maternity photos and photography of 'moms & little ones' groups. (Please see my photography information page for more details of the packages I offer.)

I will come to your chosen venue to do a photo shoot. Usually we are all most relaxed at home, so I find that this is often the best place to capture children or families having fun and being themselves. Another alternative would be an outdoor space where your kids are able to have fun and relax.
